Every sunday morning I get up early to drive the half hour to the roof of Addis – Entoto.  At 3000m altitude it makes running here more of a challenge.  However the beauty of the landscape that changes with the seasons makes up for the lack of oxygen in the air!  This is a field of Meskel flowers (with other purple and blue wildflowers in the background).

  1. Take my hat off to you running at altitude. Aren’t they delicate.
